Pediatric Medication Management Services
We understand that deciding to explore medication options for your child is a significant and often emotional decision. When therapy alone isn't providing all the support your child needs, our caring therapists work closely with our in-house medication management team to create a gentle, thoughtful treatment plan tailored to your child's unique needs.
For some children, combining medication with therapy can help manage challenging symptoms and support their emotional well-being, making it easier for them to thrive at home and school. Our team takes a whole-child, holistic approach, carefully considering your child's environment, physical health, behavior patterns, emotional needs, and developmental stage before making any recommendations.
Your child's safety and well-being are our top priorities. Our prescribers take time to thoroughly explain medications to both you and your child in age-appropriate ways. We'll ensure you understand everything about your child's medication plan - from daily routines to what improvements to look for - and we're always here to answer your questions. You'll feel confident knowing our prescribers are also trained in mental health counseling, allowing them to better understand and support your child's journey.
At Lotus Psychotherapy, we partner with you every step of the way to help your child feel better and reach their full potential.
