Lotus Psychotherapy offers a flexible career opportunity for a creative and motivated Psychotherapist to join our practice. Lotus Psychotherapy uses a person centered and dynamic approach to facilitate change with our clients, as we look at all parts of the person. We are a growing practice looking for the commitment of a full or part time therapist who can embrace our group practice values and share our philosophy.

Therapists will be able to set their own hours, celebrate their own niche and choose their own clients. We are looking for individuals who are self motivated, professional, and can work within a small team setting. Candidates must have advanced training and experience providing counseling with a variety of client populations and presenting problems. Organizational and clinical documentation skills are a must. Special preference to individuals who have experience with EMDR/trauma and substance use populations.

This position is for an independently licensed (LCSW-C, LCPC) or graduate licensed (LMSW, LGPC) individual. Supervision is offered to LMSW's as well as LGPC's at no cost. Candidates MUST be able to work independently in a hybrid role and manage their own schedule. It should be noted that there are  health insurance benefits offered in addition to student loan contributions as well as PTO for full time employees.
