Adults and adolescents.

As a therapist, I strive to create a safe space for clients and meet you where you are in your journey. I believe the client is the expert of their own experience, and it's my role as a clinician to encourage a client-centered approach to facilitate the appropriate modalities to assist individuals with their specific needs. The population I work with are individuals with chronic illness and disability, anxiety disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder, depressive disorders, trauma, and an age range of teenagers and adults.

My clinical background includes outpatient mental health treatment, international social work, Department of Veterans Affairs, substance abuse, and medical social work. I am certified in EMDR therapy or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) psychotherapy. While providing trauma treatment, I incorporate mindfulness practice, somatic therapy, and necessary modalities to provide a client-centered approach.
